Homer is the familyfather of the Simpsons. He works in the nuclear power station at Mr. Burns in sector 7G. In addition, he is overweight, stupid and has a great passion for beer and television, but is, in spite of his frequent choking scenes towards Bart – his son, mostly a loving father.
